HEALTHY LIFESTYLE:
Did you know that what you eat and drink; how much exercise you have; how much sleep you have - all have an impact on how effective your brain will function? Of course you did!
So.....Take Control!
- Cut out the junk food
- Drink more water and cut out carbonated drinks
- Do more exercise
- Get AT LEAST 8 - 9 hours sleep: After 2200, you need to be asleep so you can be up early in the morning.
You will find you are able to do your work better. You knew that as well!
